Terms of Service

By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using More To Remember (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by B365 Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and B365 Solutions LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and have the legal ability to enter into this agreement.

More To Remember helps hosts and guests upload, manage, share, and view photos and videos from events. Hosts create an event, share a link or QR code, and collect media contributed by guests into a single gallery.

Features, design, and available plans may change over time as we improve the Service. We may add, remove, or modify features at our discretion.

You are responsible for the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us at support@moretoremember.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Event purchases on More To Remember are one-time purchases. Once a purchase is completed, the associated event entitlement is added to your account.

Prices for future purchases may change at any time. Changes will not affect events you have already purchased.

Refunds are handled at our discretion unless a refund is required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact support@moretoremember.com.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By uploading content, you grant More To Remember a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, and back up that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and to the people you share it with. This license ends when you or the event host delete the content, except where retention is required by law or for backup purposes.

Event hosts are responsible for managing access to their event links, QR codes, and any access codes they share. Anyone who has access to an event upload link may be able to contribute content to that event.

Hosts are responsible for the content contributed to their events by guests. We encourage hosts to share event links only with people they trust and to review contributed content before revealing the gallery.

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit any of the following through the Service:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Stolen content or content you do not have permission to share
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech or content that promotes violence against any group
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Malware, viruses, or other malicious files
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

We may, at our discretion, review, remove, disable, reject, restrict, or delete any content at any time, with or without notice.

We are not obligated to monitor all content on the Service. When we become aware of illegal or prohibited content, we may report it to law enforcement or other authorities as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that may harm other users or the Service itself.

You may stop using the Service at any time. See our Data Deletion Policy for information on requesting account deletion.

More To Remember currently offers Forever Gallery Access. We intend to preserve event galleries indefinitely so you can return to your memories long after the event.

Storage policies may change in the future. We reserve the right to archive, migrate, restrict, or remove content as needed for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

If permanent removal of content becomes necessary, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days advance notice whenever reasonably possible, so you have an opportunity to download or export your content.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but service interruptions, downtime, maintenance windows, and unexpected outages may occur.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, More To Remember and B365 Solutions LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or memories, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12 months immediately before the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless More To Remember, B365 Solutions LLC, and our team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of content you or your guests upload, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as a notice in the Service or an email.

Continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
